Nextcare Urgent Care's Online Review Report Card

My husband and I just waited 2 hrs for them to tell us to go to the ER!!!! They knew what was going on and still waited that long to tell us they couldnt help! How come an urgent care cant give a tetnis shot and do a simple x-ray???? Worst service on top of it they told him he must have wasted his time......not cool!

This was the worst quality of care I have received in an urgent care. I can understand the increase in wait times due to Covid 19 however the complete lack of communication and weekend closures is inexcusable. I was told to arrive 10 minutes prior to my appointment but waited in the parking lot for three hours after that. I scheduled my appointment a week in advance but the whole ordeal still cost me nearly five hours of my time.

Everyone there was kind, caring, and respectful. I would choose them again for any urgent care need.

They do the best they can with skeleton crew. Suggest make an appointment because an emergency is 2.5 to 4.( or more hours wait

Online scheduleing was easy and great. Was taken back right away. Great service and friendly staff. They did good work....

Been outside for almost 3hrs now waiting for my turn to be seen. At this point I'm better off going to work and infecting everyone. Now sure what worst, the Covid/Flu. Or the loooong wait.

My wife (an RN) and I understand that Covid has caused great stress to our health care personnel. We tried to keep this in mind when we visited Next Care Urgent Care in Cottonwood, Az. However, we were hard pressed to give them the benefit of the doubt given the level of condescension and incompetence we encountered. The front desk person could not have been more condescending. I will say that she was consistent---her condescension was not limited to my wife. She witnessed it with other patients as well. Additionally, she failed to mention that my wife could go online and book an appointment rather than having to wait to see the physician assistant (She ended up waiting five hours in our car.)The P.A. failed to give her an order for an x-ray and provided no information as to places where she could get an x-ray. He also did not provide any guidance on what she should or should not do with her elbow pending the results of her x-ray. (She fractured her elbow.) Perhaps he could be excused for his oversight given the four minutes he spent with her?When she mentioned to the woman at the front desk that the paper work they gave her did not appear to be an order, she said it would suffice when presented to the x-ray provider. Sure enough, once we located an x-ray provider and gave them the paper work, they said the paper work was inadequate since it was not an order. So---back we went to Next Care to get the order. The P.A. also failed to give her an foot order for an orthopedic consult. Once again, we had to return to his office to obtain the order.The irony in all this is that as you enter Next Care’s office, a six foot high sign spells out Next Care’s expectations, in a threatening manner, for its patient’s conduct. The overriding theme embodied in their rules is patient respect for Next Care’s staff. Shouldn’t those same rules apply to Next Care’s personnel?These are trying times for everyone---medical personnel and patients. Everyone deserves respect and compassion.

Went well. My name is now misspelled on my account after entering it numerous times for them. Not sure how that happened.
