List of Susan Wilkinson's Reviews
Dr. Susan Wilkinson is a very incompetent doctor. Today she denied treatment to me because I refused to share if I am vaccinated or not. She went on to ask me to wear a mask and I told her there are no mask mandates currently in Arizona. She said she had to "protect" herself. If she was an educated doctor she would know that masks cannot block a virus. Furthermore, the Corona virus has never ...
I am grateful for being a patient of Dr. Susan Wilkinson for the entire length of her practice. She has provided me with extremely high quality medical care in addition to listening and understanding my problems with compassion. I know I will not be able to replace her as my family doctor because I doubt anyone else will even come close to going above and beyond the call of duty as she has. Dear Dr. Susan Wilkinson, I wish you a happy, healthy and long retirement filled with fun and joy.
Overall, great doctor however very disappointed that she suggested my parents receive the covid vaccines since the alternative (meaning death) wasn't great. I warned my parents that they should wait it out a bit for more info to confirm safety. However, they listened to Dr. Susan. Now, my father has constant bouts of vertigo since his 2nd shot over a year ago & her suggestion? Just keep taking gravol (which is not good for you in general, especially not long term). If he gets worse or his prostate cancer (of any kind of cancer) comes back with a vengeance from this crap you recommended they get, I will be highly encouraging a lawsuit. I'm pretty sure retirement doesn't protect you from being sued. So far my mother seems fine thankfully but I will always be worried now thanks to Dr. Susan & all the other doctors who pushed this crap onto their patients without proper informed consent. Shame on all of you
Dr Wilkinson is an outstanding Doctor, she has been my doctor for 38 years and I am so lucky to have been her patient. She is very thorough, kind, compassionate and very knowledgeable, I fear I will not get another doctor like her.
Dr Wilkinson is a wonderful family doctor, knowledgeable, caring, very thoughtful. She was my family Dr. For over 30 years. I am very sad to lose her due to Dr. Wilkinson's retirement, well deserved of course! Wishing her good health and all the best.
I feel very lucky to have found Dr. Susan Wilkinson, an internal medicine doctor in practice at Optima Heath Cottonwood. She listens and answers all my concerns. Highly recommend!!
My experience was similar to the above comments. I had a hip issue and couldn't walk. She told me to shake it off and said my insurance (Medicare and BCBS was poor and she couldn't do anything for me. I then, on my own, went to a hip specialist in Phoenix and found relief.
Excellent knowledge, no monkey business approach in her approach to my care, good note-taker who had knowledge of my history for the annual physical.
She has been my doctor for years. Excellent diagnostic skills thoroughly evaluating every aspect of treatment for best possible outcome. Also, excellent response to emergency requests for care. Supportive staff & everyone is kind. My choice for best family physician.
Dr Wilkinson is compassionate, thorough yet not alarmist. She is very well informed and knowledgeable and offers insight and advice. She is also very personable and likeable, and encourages the patient to remain motivated to maintain or improve health.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
