It was surprising & wonderful to have a Doctor such as Dr. Hu, who listens so well that he is not only able, but willing, to explain the actual functional details of lab analysis, medications, & disease processes/dynamics in relation to both what he wants to convey in the best interest of your care and to any questions/history/suppositions/confusion you may have shared. He also uses real world &/or metaphoric examples to help explain things! As most with autoimmune disease can attest, it is becoming rare to even feel heard, let alone to be validated and made to feel & believe that your history/experience/input is actually weighed & considered. Dr. Hu is obviously a kind person who sees others, yet his knowledge & understanding of the disease(s) processes, body chemistry mechanics & various drug chemistry functioning, as well as his care to stay current on all related studies data, really made me feel very secure with any decision making or changes going forward for the first time in such a long time. I do not believe better working knowledge, information or advisement could be found elsewhere, truly. Such comfort & relief to be in great care. What a blessing he his.

The doctor was one of the best doctors I have seen in Prescott. He was knowledgeable, friendly, very patient and explained everything very clearly. All doctors should be like him! Thank you, Dennis Ambruso

Excellent experience each time I have gone. Dr. Hu and his assistants are all knowlegeable in their fields, respectful, amiable, and willing to answer all questions. I am fortunate to have him as my doctor.
