How refreshing to see a young, intelligent Specialist who can easily explain complicated conditions to Patients and their Families! Dr. Hu not only keeps up with all relevant research in his field, but knows how to apply this knowledge to treating degenerative disease! Wonderful!

This office is a hot mess, doctors assistance hangs up on you if you actually get through. Dr. Hu did show up for an appointment which we had to drive 50 miles for and handed us over to a secretary. This has been the worse experience ever.

Excellent bedside manner, very knowledgeable and caring. I wish I could call their office directly and not have to go through the phoenix office to make appointments and ask questions.

the Flagstaff office people are amazing and helpful. The whole phone system is sent to Phoenix and you have to wait sometimes up to 15 min waiting for assistance. And its impossible to call the Flagstaff office directly. When I first started being seen my records and meds sat on someone's desk when most of the office people left so it got forgotten and I was told it was my fault I need to tell my doctors but they had answered and it wasnt my fault. From the get go I felt he didnt believe me and even though all my doctors reached out to him he didnt care much and questioned my illness. Dr. Hu would be running late and even though my appointment was at 10 I didnt see him until almost 11. Making me late for my next appointment. I tried to push passed my frustrated feeling and keep going hoping for a change after some time. In the end I felt dr hu wouldnt listen to my symptoms just would have me look at blood work and say it look prefect. He does it in a kind way but every appointment I left feeling like I didnt get any help and felt like giving up. I felt like asking why was I not worth helping.

The entire office is run in a completely unprofessional manner. Appointments are not on time; doctors are not properly informed; and they do not seem to care about their patients. It feels like this entire practice is just a money-hungry scheme and patient well-fare does not rank on their list of importance. If you want to be completely uninformed and neglected - this is the place for you!

Dr. Hu is an excellent, knowledgeable and considerate physician who provided me with excellent medical care for the complex medical conditions I presented with. Dr Hu comes with my highest recommendations.
