Audrey Roberts's Online Review Report Card

I moved to the area during my third trimester of pregnancy and I was so nervous about finding a good provider on such short notice. From the second I met Dr. Roberts, I was at ease. She is so kind and charismatic that you can’t help but like her, but she is also so knowledgeable and good at what she does. She is the total package of a very skilled physician with excellent bedside manner. I ended up having a couple of complications that landed me in the hospital multiple times before delivery and Dr. Roberts was so thorough and really listened to me. I had to have a scheduled repeat C-section. Dr. Roberts walked me through the process, answered all of my questions and made me feel as comfortable about the procedure as possible. This was my third delivery and it was so peaceful. My best experience yet. I also received excellent care after delivery. It’s clear that Dr. Roberts genuinely cares about her patients. I never feel rushed when I have a visit in the office and I always leave feeling like all of my questions have been answered. I love that she uses a medical scribe to take notes during the appointment so that she can put all of her focus on the patient. I was so grateful to find a doctor that I could really trust and feel confident with. I was so stressed about this delivery and ended up having the best possible experience. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Roberts.

This was my second visit with Dr. Roberts. She is super friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and remembered things we had discussed from our first visit (4 months prior). She was kind and thoughtful during my well woman exam, letting me know what was next and giving clear explanations of things. She wrote me several referrals for preventative health maintenance which tells me she’s caring for me as a whole person - hard to find in a provider (who’s not a naturopath).

Dr. Audrey curated a confidently calm environment during my annual and provided knowledgeable responses regarding my current and future fertility journey. She actively addressed coming alongside me wherever I end up in the fertility journey with conversations related to proactive care versus reactive care like many a provider's approach. Excited to work with her in the future!

I will say Dr. Roberts is friendly and bubbly. She blew in like a tornado of energy and introduced herself and her scribe which I appreciated. She was on time which my regular provider in this office NEVER is and for that I was very happy. What I will say is that because she did come in with so much energy the appointment did seem very rushed. She did ask if I had any questions but it all happened so fast there didn’t seem much time for discussion. This is fine in a healthy pregnancy I think but I could see it being an issue for those that have complications. But maybe she approaches those patients differently? She didn’t check the fundal height which I believe they typically do at every appointment starting at 28 weeks (I was 33 wks at the time). I think this was an oversight again because she was in such a hurry. Pregnancy is obviously a normal part of life and not a disease which I think some medical providers in the states treat it as such and with Dr Roberts you can very much tell she treats it as a normal and beautiful condition so I’m sure if she was your regular provider you would very much like her.
