Charles Smith Md's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Smith is an exceptional provider. He has been our family doctor for many years and I have been especially impressed by how he treats my eight-year-old - making sure he understands everything and asking him questions and speaking to him directly instead of just deferring to mom or dad. He is excellent at connecting with children. Dr. Smith is efficient with referrals and prescriptions, timely with appointments, and never makes you feel rushed. Recently we had a health concern on a Friday, after he was done seeing patients, and he added an appointment to his schedule so we wouldn't have to wait until the next week to be seen. Above and beyond, quality patient care.

He was very disrespectful and I felt that he wanted to get me out of his office right away. He disregarded some of my questions and wouldn't explain hardly anything. Instead of setting up a plan of things to test for, he immediately picked one thing and was so absolute in his answer based on the test results, yet I felt it didn't fit with all of my symptoms. I will never recommend him to anyone. If you want to pay hundreds of dollars to get insulted and told that your ailment is just all in your head, he is the doctor to see. :(

I think that this physician is very good. I rated this doctor very highly because I think that he is very good. whenever I have been seen by this doctor I feel that he treats me very respectfully. He is very courteous. He seems to be very knowledgeable about medicine in general. The majority of the time he is very helpful, whenever I need information about any illnesses or medications. He listens to me, if have any concerns, about any medical tests that he may ask me to take. I almost never have to wait very long to see him for appointments.
