In 2013 I had a surgery done at the Flagstaff Medical Center where everyone on that surgery was paid out by insurance. In January of 2020, almost 7 years later, I received a call from a collections agency forcing me to pay $1100 that was billed incorrectly by Forest Country Anesthesia years ago. On the document, you can clearly see that they billed the wrong insurance and put the wrong phone number on their records. Do not go here they will surprise you 7 years later when you are trying to buy a house!!!!!

I went to Google to find their phone number and saw the two other reviews here. I was shocked to see them report having the same experience as me. I was never contacted in regards to owing a balance and then I am suddenly hit with a letter from a debt collections agency. I always pay my bills - so long as I am actually billed. This is an egregious mistake and they should be ashamed of their lack of professionalism in this matter.

Same problem as the other review my daughter had tonsils taken out while on AHCCS and they sent the remaining balance to collections without ever sending me a bill or calling me. It's illegal to balance bill an AHCCCS patient I've called multiple times to have this removed and no one ever calls back!

They did the anesthesia for my surgery. 2 years later i got a bill from a collections agency stating they are reporting me to a credit bureaus, when they have never tryed contacting me about any balance my insurance didnt cover. They are hunting down clients for 100$ balances.
