Dr Graff was awesome. Took the time to learn my medical history as a new patient and had great bedside manner.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Graff. She is welcoming, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I'm delighted to have found a doctor with whom I can feel heard and completely comfortable. Her office staff was equally competent and very friendly.

Quick and friendly. I waited less than 15 minutes to be seen.

I just started going here for my pregnancy. Literary EVERYONE is so nice and funny! Dr. Graff and her nurses took their time, made me comfortable, and never judged or rushed. Looking forward to the next months with these AMAZING people!

Just spoke to the receptionist and or scheduler who was very rude and made my decision very easy to not become a patient. Basically said this was not the place for me. Very disheartening.

I have been with Dr.Graff for some time with my first pregnancy and now with my second I have found that she is very lacking in empathy and explaining medical conditions. Living in Northern Arizona Flagstaff you have a small selection of OB GYN's to choose from. I chose Graff based on other woman's testimonies. These women did warn me that if there are any complications she is difficult. So now that my second pregnancy has been completely different than my first I have experienced a very different physician. I am now 33wks and decided enough is enough and I need a provider that can explain the medical plan they want for me and the symptoms I am experiencing. Also, when they say they are going to closely monitor me twice a week for heart tones related to stillborn I expected an explanation instead of “don't go down that rabbit hole” which is absolutely disheartening and wrong for a physician to say. After complaining to the manager of the office I was able to have a phone call with Dr.Graff where I was very honest and forthcoming with all the issues with her care. She came off defensive but towards the end of the conversation, she related to my concerns and even explained that she was having difficulty having crucial conversations with her patients because of personal emotions regarding if her patient liked her or not. All I can do at this time is put this review out there so people know that even though she may appear to be a five-star OB/GYN please remember not everyone gets the same treatment or concern regarding their pregnancy journey.

Dr. Graff is AMAZING! She is so kind, patient, takes her time, answers ALL your questions. Sometimes there is a wait because she is so so busy and likely delivering a baby but she always makes time for you to help you feel comfortable and at ease throughout your entire pregnancy. She is amazing, she brought both my boys into this world and I highly recommend her!

I am so grateful for such a wonderful doctor. She has been nothing but awesome every time I have come in for routine check-ups. She is very patient with my questions and seems genuinely interested in knowing me. Yes, you will wait awhile, but again, it’s because she works really individually with you. I felt very appreciated by her and her friendly staff. Come here!

I had a great experience with Dr Graff through my pregnancy and the delivery of my daughter. She also performed an inversion a couple of weeks before my due date because my baby was breech and she was successful. She made the delivery very comfortable Andshe made it clear on what I needed to do. Very happy to have had her delivering my baby and would recommend her to anyone.
