I thought she will come back to apologies but she didn't come for almost three week i was really hurt but i thank Dr.Azuka for all he did i met Dr.Azuka during my search at the internet i decided to contact him on his email dr.azukasolutionhome@gmail.com he brought my girlfriend back to me just within 48 hours i am really happy.

Rebecca and I met when I was in college, the end of my sophomore year. I suffer from severe anxiety, OCD, and depression. Its been near untreatable my entire life; nothing seemed to work.Through the years (almost 4 now) we have tried to think outside the box, and ultimately, we discovered a breakthrough that was overlooked by 8+ mental health professionals in my past. Rebecca saved my life. I can enjoy it, and I owe it to her for sticking with me and reading in between the lines.

While I appreciate the convenience of seeing someone via telemed, I DO NOT appreciate my provider LaShaun, continuously arriving 10-15 minutes late for our appointments and, I certainly do not appreciate her pulling up the wrong patient’s chart! If I’m going to be charged for a late arrival then, I expect my provider to arrive on time as well and I certainly expect them to have the correct chart in hand! Today, I waited In the virtual waiting room for so long that the app kicked me out. LAShaun really needs to be more respectful of her clients’ time as well as know whom exactly she’s speaking too! I’ve asked for a new provider and hope this can be resolved immediately!

If you have any questions on where to start with Mental Health, Phoenix Mental Health and Wellness is a great place to start.I’ve had a lot of different situations with Phoenix Mental Health and Wellness… from emergency situations for my sister in law, my own person experiences, to my fiancé and our experiences with them. In all of these situations they have gone above and beyond by being incredibly patient, incredibly supportive, kind, effectively communicate in every situation, and the owner has even reached out to resolve things that have come up. The staff is phenomenal and they are genuine in their desire to help their patients.My family and I have attended mental health facilities in the past and nothing has compared to level of service and value provided by Phoenix Mental Health and Wellness. I am genuinely grateful we have them, that they offer telemedicine, and their all around level of care.Thank you, Phoenix Mental Health and Wellness for everything you have done so far and everything you will do in the future for my family and I.
