Gavin is amazing as well as their counselors! I have had Gavin for years and he is incredibly knowledgeable and smart in his medical decisions!

Front desk woman was very rude with no compassion to me when I was late 5 minutes to my appointment with my psychiatrist. She was short, un helpful, and was unpleasant. I was very upset sibs this appointment was to discuss my medication dosages because I had stopped taking the correct amount. She made me leave and said doctor would not see me. I doubt she even tried. Working in a mental health facility, you’d think the employees would be more careful about how they treat their patients! She should not be working there.

My experience was pretty good got to relearn things that I forgot to do as a person and reopen my eyes on who I am and what kind of person I want to be

I've been here going three years now. All the negative reviews are sad. Every time I come here I feel like I'm visiting family. Both my therapist and psychiatrist communicate about important things, always include me in everything discussed before and after. When I call the front desk, if there is any complications It only takes a few minutes to explain if I need an emergency meeting. Every staff member is amazing and sweet. I've only had one complication, within a week I told my therapist and he had it sorted out. I love this place.

I courtesy dose at this clinic anytime I'm in town from Mesa, AZ. Although we started off on a bumpy road, eventually everything was straightened out! ((Remember folks....COMMUNICATION IS A BEAUTIFUL THNG!)) Anyway, I have found that the staff here are very friendly and helpful. They always have smiles on their faces!! It's a very welcoming place. I adore the woman at the front desk! She's quite nice and her office library is a wonderful idea!! The only issue and concern I have is that the phone number here on Google rarely gets answered. During "open" office hours the automated phone system states that the office is currently closed! Is there a different number I should be calling that I was never made aware of or something??!! It's terrible when my home clinic can never contact this clinic to set everything up for me to courtesy dose. I also seem to struggle in verification when I get back from Flagstaff because my home clinic can never contact Flagstaff clinic to verify my last dose. It's very frustrating! ಠ_ʖಠ

Back in 2015 I had moved to Flagstaff from Phoenix. I had been utilizing mental health services prior to my move and found the transfer to S.W. Behavioral a seemless, painless process. There services: from private counseling sessions to Physician appointments, and the many groups offered throughout the day, I found most beneficial and really enjoyed. I've sadly read the negative postings here and really can't understand the why. Soon I'll be returning to Flagstaff and sincerely hope to find, as I know I will, all is well.

Almost cost me my life....I'm screaming to the top of my lungs THESE PEOPLE ARE HORRIBLE! THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF MY INABILITY TO ADVOCATE FOR MYSELF WHEN I WAS STRUGGLING! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT PEOPLE , WONT CARE ABOUT YOU! SAVE URSELF THE ENERGY OF HAVING TO DEAL WITH SUCH INEFFICIENCY AND OUTRIGHT LACK OF MORALS. IM FILING A GRIEVANCE **!!MY CONFIDENTIAL INFO SHARED WITH A CLIENT WHO HATED ME!!! **UNSANITARY CONDITIONS** AND RETALIATORY BEHAVIOR!!!! TITLE 36D ME AFTER I TOLD THEM I WAS FILING,NEXT DAY DECIDED TO NO LONG WRITE SCRIPT FOR MED I HAD BEEN ON FOR 12 YEARS!! IGNORED ALL ASKS FOR HELP. STAY AWAY! FAR AWAY FROM ANY SBH! DANIELLE HOUSING Dir, RACHEL PRESCRIBER (who I had to remind monthly of who I was and what she asked of me from prior month), DEBBIE, SARA CORPORATE (who should of cared but just lied threw her teeth), GAVIN and MANY OTHERS... FLAGSTAFF AND PHOENIX ARE DEPLORABLE. Horrible horrible people and experience. I can't sleep knowing someone else will be treated this way I ENCOURAGE **ANYONE WHO HAS BEEN WRONGED BY THIS AGENCY TO FILE A GRIEVANCE. SWBH CORPORATE WONT CARE SO POSSIBLY THREW YOUR INSURANCE. THESE PEOPLE NEED TO BE FINED, RETRAINED OR SHUT DOWN.

Great place. The people here really care. Everyone seems knowable and ready and willing to help. The front desk ladies quickly learned my name, the nursing staff is friendly and professional. They offer tons of services, from therapy, health management, substance abuse services, peer support and more. Their treatment plans are comprehensive and individual.. They don't schedule months out, so it's always possible to get an appointment. They are also not diagnoses centered, and they do not push medication,, or any other treatment for for matter...they make it all about that you need and want. I highly recommend.

I have had such success with this organization, My therapists has helped me exponentially, I would highly recommend Dr.Jackson to anyone seeking help for their Mental Health. I have grown in ways I never thought possible. Thank you for all your support
