Jodi Novak Do's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Novak is very professional, caring, knowledgeable and friendly. She shows genuine interest in her patient's welfare and is not patronizing at all. She shows desire to work with her patients and listens to their concerns and input. She also takes the time with each patient and does not rush the appointment in any way.

Lacked professionalism and competence with a serious matter - okay for a gateway doc.

I never really feel "heard" by this doctor, she does not seem thorough. She often seems to dismiss much of what I bring up regarding concerns with my health. She seems to want to pawn me off to other specialists. I will be looking to change my PCP through my insurance because I am certain I can find another physician who genuinely cares about their patients.

This doctor was my primary care. Saw her 3 times. Women's Wellness was a joke. Last visit Dr. Novak did not check my neck, shoulder. This is where I had pain. She said "What do you expect at age ____?" She has no bedside manner. She was helpful in making referrals. However, that seems that's all she wants to do.

Dr Novak gently insisted I get my Cologuad test I’m glade she insisted otherwise l could have died or colon cancer! Many thanks to Dr Novak!

Dr Novak is always there when I need her and always greets me with a big smile! So glad she’s my doctor.

I finally found a doctor who takes time to listen and who truly cares about my health. She makes me feel at ease because she has a calming effect and I don’t feel judged.

I have not met a doctor this caring and knowledgeable in a very long time. She diagnosed a complicated problem I had after the first visit when several other doctors couldn’t help me. She returns my calls personally and goes the extra mile. I highly recommend her if you have a complex problem or illness. She really cares!

Jodi Novak, Is the worst, because I saw her when she was at EAST VALLEY MEDICAL, and I cannot believe how rude, and unprofessional she was to me, and once she left I went into the office and when staff realized who I was the started sharing the aweful, and humiliating comments that Jodi had said about me. I was saw upset I wanted to run out and just scream. Jodi how dare you say those things and didn't you take an oath to help people and not does nasty and insulting opinions just because people are sick, and don't fit what you think people should look like. Jodi you really really hurt me.

Dr Novak was the only provider who diagnosed me properly and treated my condition. I had needed an antiviral for a long period due to zoster out breaks, no other provider would give me the medication. Dr. Novak also sent me to the specialist for more test, which other providers would not do. I highly recommend Dr. Jodi Novak.
