Everyone at this practice is so nice! I was particularly impressed by how helpful each person I talked to was and how willing they were to explain the eye tests and to answer questions I had. After several years rubbing my eyes and needing new lenses because of this, (and optometrists at other practices being perfectly fine letting me do this) this is the first time I’ve walked away feeling like I have a sustainable plan to help me prevent damaging my eyes further. I ended up purchasing new frames there as well, but never felt like any sales were pushed on me. Overall it was a 10/10 experience and I’d highly recommend it to others.

I decided to give this office a try after a friends referral and let me just say they did not disappoint. Great customer service, attention to detail and I didn’t feel rushed. My concerns, I felt were addressed with proper explanation and resolution. Thank you

Thank you Becca! For those reading… I have been trying to schedule an appointment for my daughter and our insurance was not making it easy to find someone in-network. I had called several places for them to tell me they were out of network. Then Becca answers the phone at Accurate Family Vision and goes above and beyond! She explains why I’m having difficulty finding someone in network and emails me information on how to get the information I needed. If Accurate Family Vision was in network I would be scheduling a visit. Who knows, maybe I will be, if I can’t find a place I like in network, but I do know the world needs more Becca’s and I appreciated her help today. Thank you!

The optometrist was great, the staff was kind. However, they constantly talked down Costco and the quality of their glasses. They then also stated Costco doesn't take insurance which we know from personal experience it does. That was really disappointing from a customer standpoint.
