The very best! Dr Kian took care of eye surgery (pterygium) that three other eye doctors had ignored. He removed our cataracts and with now with new laser eyes, at 75 and 76 years old, we wear NO glasses!! We were always treated with the greatest respect. The front desk is awesome!!! They have become our trusted friends.

After three years of ongoing visual disturbances, I transferred my records to Advanced Laser. I learned more about my condition than I have in years and felt validated and understood. Dr. Pravong was very thorough and patient documenting all of my restrictions with concern. The entire staff was helpful and efficient. Thank you!

Not professional and very scammy!Take note of the 1 star reviews. There's validity in them. I canceled a week before my appointment to avoid the $30 charge of canceling within 24 hours. I still get texts and emails asking me to confirm this appointment. I call back to make sure they had canceled. They did, but had moved it or rescheduled it for a week out. I was not aware of this as I had CANCELLED my appointment. So I told them to cancel that one too. During a previous appointment they had charged me the cancellation fee twice for missing 1 appointment. They charge two $30 fees, which makes me think they reschedule without ur knowledge. Then when you miss that second appointment you had no idea about, they charge you the fee again. Also, the allergist they have on staff did not look at my chart or file and only wanted to sell his "patented" under the tongue drops. Even putting down other traditional allergist and doctors to do so. Waited 30 mins after my appointment to see him, while waiting in an unfinished wing of the office with boxes no lights or staff. Not professional and very scammy!

When I had my detached retina and saw Dr Kian around closing time, he was busy but incredibly concerned and had his staff schedule an operation with Association Retina Consultants (another incredible sight saving organization) the next morning at 8:00. When the detached retinas healed and the cataracts formed two years later, I naturally went to see Dr Kian again. He was awesome and restored my vision from around -10 to the point where now I can read, work, play golf, etc.. with no glasses. He is extremely knowledgeable and does excellent work and I strongly recommend him and his excellent staff.

He treated my sister before me and truly saved her vision and that is when I decided to see him for my own eye health. I have been going to Dr. Kian, at his Gilbert, AZ office for about 8 years and have always been very happy with his care and that of his assistants. I first went to him for my cataracts to be removed and have gone every year since for check-ups.

Today I had an appointment with Dr. Pravong regarding an eye issue. When I arrived at the office I was immediately assisted by the front counter ladies who were polite and professional. I was called back in a timely manner to be seen by Dr. Pravong. This was my first time to meet with him. Dr. Pravong was very attentive to my condition and questions. He did what I felt to be a very thorough exam and easily diagnosed my issue. He took time to explain what had occurred, why it occurred, and what can be done to address the issue. He never rushed me or skirted my questions, he came across as well educated and professional. I was very impressed with him and would feel comfortable recommending him to my family and friends.

I had to see the Dr for medication side effects to my eyes. I have worn progressive lenses for over a decade. I had my first pair filled by their optical department. The prescription was incorrect , after 2 attempts at correcting and $528 later , they have my glasses and my money. I requested a refund and the office manager was repeatedly rude, unprofessional and made derogatory personal remarks to me . I have never experienced such adolescent and unprofessional behavior by all the office staff. The prices of their products are marked up higher than any other provider. If you need to see the Dr , do not entrust the optical department with anything!
