Makayla and Eric were outstanding!. Makayla at the front desk was so kind and friendly. I was anxious when I got in the room for my MRI and Eric explained things and made be feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend ADR.

It was a worthwhile wait to get my procedure done at AZ Diagnostic. The staff on-site were wonderful. I felt very taken care of from the get go. Sarah was very nice and thoughtful. Kyle-Carl was very good at putting me at ease. The Nurse Practioner and Dr Derek were very exceptional and walked me through every step of my procedure.I highly recommend going here. They do a great job and don't seem to mind a patient who babbles and cracks jokes when nervous.

Joanne the technician was great.However, your clothes changing process needs a re think. You have women taking off their tops in privacy then sitting bare breasted in dressing gowns in an area where males are walking around. Please consider an alternative.I called to talk to Candra Acosta privately, and Valerie answered the call with “Yeah?” said she was in a meeting.Do you need to subject patients to more humiliation?

Staff are nice and courteous. The radiologist - MAX who assist me on my MRI are very good. Explain everything about the process. Excellent . Thanks

First time at this office and company and I was very pleased. I had to get an x-ray as a walk-in. I didn’t wait more than 10 min and it took even less to get it done. Staff was very nice and supportive. I recommend Arizona Diagnostic Radiology for your needs.

Had my annual mammo today with Josephina. I’ve had her the last 3 years. She is so kind, patient and friendly. It was quick and painless. I’ve been going here for years for routine exams and have always had a good experience! Highly recommend!

Getting an appointment was easy. They sent alot of emails to do paperwork before I arrive. Thats fine makes check in faster. I did have to show ID and insurance card. I didn't like the fact that when I got there a lady at the desk had her head down playing on her phone! Was told she would be with me in a minute. Her coworker immediately said I can help you. He couldn't see she was playing on her phone. He took my information was pleasant. Gave me a quick form. When I went to return the form he was helping another person so I stood back and waited. Cell phone lady looked up and huffed! Huffed! She said in a manner that clearly made me feel as if I was interrupting her Facebook time "I can take that". Will I go back maybe. The mammogram tech was very nice. Both the tech and the young man made up for the rude cell phone lady.
