I will never go back to this Urgent Care. I went there in the beginning of October and told the practitioner I had a sinus infection as well as ear issues. He literally gave me a prescription and let me go without irrigating my ears. Today is October 14th, and I still have the same ear issue; to now when my illness could have been resolved, I am at an unknown urgent care getting the treatment I need

Would not give my kids medicine. I requested multiple times to get medicine to help them. Dr Patel refused to give it and said that the only way for them to get medicine is if they took an ambulance to the hospital. He must get paid on how much money he can refer to the hospital. So after going home and calling again to get medicine he declined to treat them. We ended up going to the hospital where the dr said why are you here their vitals are fine and normal, she prescribed some antibiotics and sent us home. So we had to spend another 500 bucks on an er visit just to get medicine

Although I had a long wait even though I had an appointment, I was treated very well. Gabe was very good as was the practitioner. I think he was Brad? I will definitely return there if I need urgent care again.

Everyone is very nice. The place is very clean. When you make an appointment, it should advise if you won’t see a medical Dr. I received a referral and it didn’t state the Dr’s name. I called Banner to get the name, the phone rang forever without an answer or voice mail. I know they’re very busy, but you should be able to leave a voice mail.

2 waiting hours to get checked is not acceptable. I will think twice for next time to come. On the other hand Dr Kipp was very attentive, he took the time during the visit to review carefully my daughter and give her a right prescription.
