Ronald Morehouse PA is an absolute jerk. He is rude beyond comparison. He was judgemental, racist and had no idea what he was talking about!! He does not need to be treating people!!!

I did not have insurance and paid my visit in full with a credit card. Now you are billing me an extra $71.00 stating my insurance was declined. I never gave you any insurance information, but the bill you sent shows someone at your office inputted cigna into the computer and filled out the insurance segment. It worries me that someone is adding false information to my medical record. After my appointment, the guy working at the front desk said I was paid in full and gave me my receipt. Your doctor saw me for about 5 minutes and said I was fine and said he did not give me any prescriptions or further help. All he did was shine a flash light in my mouth and then sent me on my way. Even though the burn I had became infected and my neck became swollen. I have called your medical office 4 times, and all times I was hung up on. The other phone option you give me is the billing department, and it only allows me to put in my credit card information. How do I talk to a real person and get this situated?? I also drove to the urgent care that closes at 8pm and it's locked up and closed at 6:21pm. This is so stressful!
