Their wait time is ridiculous They have this thing called “reservation” They lie to you that it will shorten the two hours wait minimum The provider is incompetent and can’t make sure her staff behaves in a professional manner There is no medical help here I have watched them pass people having difficulty breathing and leaving old ladies they forgot about in the waiting room The nurses have the audacity to be rude after you ask why are you waiting for over an hour with so called “reservation” One of them said “you can always leave” as a solution to this mess of an urgent care Last visit was 2.5 hours wait with the reservation This is a dump

The girl at the front desk was very nice and apologetic for the wait. The doctor was great and thorough and tried to get us out of there as fast as she could!

We had an appointment for 5pm. During our wait time, I received a call, at 6pm I stepped out to take a call and they proceeded to skip us because I wasn't in the lobby. So they couldn't wait 2 minutes for me to end my call, they were quick to skip us but I surely could wait an hour and 15 minutes for them to call us back. We were taken back to the triage at 615pm. We were seen by a Physician at 635pm. The physician saw us for literally 1 minute. I couldn't believe that with having an appointment it would take this long to be seen. Just for a physical. We will never return to this urgent care. So many options no need to waste time at this one.

Just left this place. Waited 2 and a half hours for the PA to tell me I have allergies. I literally can’t talk, I have body aches, my throat hurts, green boogers, my ears are pounding, and I have body aches. Told me no when I asked to be swabbed for covid, strep, and the flu. I’m currently at the ER by my house, and I have the flu! The PA is an idiot, and a lazy worker because it was closing hours and he wanted to go home.

Very personable greeting 😊 The staff was very professional and friendly. If you're looking for an Urgent care this is the one for you. They were thorough and efficient! I didn't have to wait long at all. It was very clean!
