I have been sick for almost a week. I went to urgent care hoping they could give me something or recommend something over the counter I could take. Meanwhile I feel like I have gotten worse. Just feel miserable. I hate to say it, I may need to go to another location

COBBS you are a disgrace to medicine for turning me away after sitting in your waiting room for 2 hours because it was "too busy". Everyone deserves to be helped especially after I pay 250 bucks and am in the waiting room! I ask the receptionist why am I being turned away and she says" weve been very busy today." I've never been treated so unfairly by people who are supposed to be in a care position for people. Cobbs just walks away from me, not a good bye, not a get well soon, just turns his back to me and walks away. Cobbs you are a joke buddy!!

Good experience with the medical staff but not happy with their billing department. Paid estimated copay at time of services rendered. The insurance was billed but didn't send us a bill, months later we get a collection letter. I called the collection agency and they cannot provide any information and told me to call Banner. I called Banner and the rep tells me that because it was sent to collections, he cannot give me any information. It's so frustrating that when a company is so big there is no real customer service. Banner doesn't send timely billing and so they use a collection agency to CYA.
