Great staff here. Everyone from the Doctors to the nurses and receptionist are friendly. I like that I can use the lab in the clinic to get work done all in one place.

While I very much like having Dr. Gadow as my doctor, I am not a huge fan of Cigna's decision to route all of the calls to a call center. Just adds another layer of confusion. That being said, the care I get at this facility is first rate. I have gone to another Cigna location and found the care lacking in comparison.

The Cigna web site shows an 800 phone number for this San Tan Gilbert office. Finally after an irritating automated answering service I did get to ask a real person for the phone number for Dr Gadow. In the process I was asked 3 different times If this is an emergency please hang up and dial 911. It was getting to the point of emergency after all the irritation. The problem had nothing to do with the San Tan Office.

EXTREMELY rude doctors and staff. Had to switch my insurance just to get out of this place. Would never recommend for any reason. Disgusting how they write off patient concerns and basically laugh them off.
