I just received my one year chip from Clean Slate in the Gilbert office. Ive been going there through since July 2020. Since day one they have been amazing Joby and Matt have been the best They are a huge part of why I am still sober All of the support Ive received from Joby Matt Lora and Ray I dont believe I would have found anywhere else Leaving all of them at Clean Slate is the hardest thing Ive got to do and Im so sad to not be able to see their smiles every two weeks anymore. Thank you for the support the actual caring the encouragement all the FLEXIBILITY with my appointments and the love I would recommend this location over and over again Im not the only one they are like this with. During appointments in the waiting room Ive seen and heard many patients come in and be greeted by Joby or Matt and every single time the patients faces lit up and they seemed excited to share how their days are going and catching up since the last time theyd been in. Im telling you these people actually care and want to see you succeed If you have a choice in your recovery program choose Clean Slate Gilbert Love you guys

I LOVE THIS PLACE Highly HIGHLY RECOMMEND If you want to get off of your meds they have your back. If you want sobriety they will be there The staff here at the Gilbert location Dr. Laura Matt and Joby are 100% reliable genuinely caring and sympathetic professional and your biggest cheerleaders Matt was able to squeeze me in at the last minute while I was trying to transfer from my CA Doctor to here. I was at the very end of my last RX and was in a panic poor planning on my part however Matt listened kindly and I was able to get what I needed. I had a poor taste in my mouth from my previous experience figured all places like this were your typical “methadone suboxone you’re a junky NEXT” type of place.....where they try to milk your insurance and keep you dependent on them....and it’s frustrating when you’re doing your best to feel normal and those kinds of places just make you feel like you swapped one issue for another. NOT HERE The staff and Dr. Laura are beyond professional well educated educating and make you feel like a regular human being....they take their time they listen too I think I’ve given each one of them cauliflower ear by talking too much🤣 regardless they’ve always made me feel important I feel cared about and understood. They literally will help with just about anything Even if you need to dust yourself off and get back on your feet again. Matt is amazing at just about any question you have regarding insurance questions housing in patient treatment programs food...even if you need creative date night ideas He’s got a heart of gold Joby is never in a bad mood. Always smiling sweet and welcoming as can be.....he has helped me find a new therapist with all my guidelines 🤣 not an easy feat He truly knows how to make you forget about the bad day week month you’ve had....even if it’s just for a moment when he’s their eager to help when you walk in. Obviously I can’t say enough about how great this place is but I have to say it wouldn’t be as amazing without the staff....seriously. They all make this place what it is. I trust them more than my family they feel like long time friends and dare I say that I look forward to catching up with all of them when I go in. Matt promised me from day one that it wouldn’t be anything like my past experience and he not only kept his word but he Dr. Laura and Joby have honestly superceded my expectations I have a big spot in my heart for all of them. I don’t think I can say that about ANY kind of establishment much less a doctors office. At the very least They care and it shows. You feel it. That I will forever be grateful for. Thank you guys SO MUCH From the bottom of my heart I appreciate each of you more than I can express. So If you’re struggling or just unhappy where you’ve been and needing assistance in this way without stigma judgement and want endless avenues of help THIS IS WORTH IT Your life is worth it and they will never make you feel anything less than that

Clean slate saved my life. Ive been on opiates for 67 years and when I first got out of detox I didnt know where to go. Someone at the detox recommended clean slate and not 24 hrs after release from detox they got me in an appointment. Everyone is so kind loving and they actually try to get to know you and your story. Everyone genuinely cares about your recovery and health. Clean slate has been the backbone of my sobriety and without them I know that the 18 months clean that I currently have would not have been a possibility. Thank you clean slate for all the good you do and for giving hope to the hopeless.

A clean slate is the best program that I have had the the pleasure of working with . Been to multiple Suboxone treatment centers and never got the personal treatment specifically for my needs until I met the staff at clean slate. Matt and Jody are amazing at their jobs and truly care about my recovery and have helped me out a lot through the process of sobriety. I would recommend anybody whos questioning to get help with suboxone to definitely go to clean slate first before wasting time on other places Id give them 10 Stars if I could thank you clean slate for all of your support Kevin

I went in for my 1st appt yesterday and it was easier than I anticipated. They didnt pass any judgment and are there to help. I go today for my 2nd appt to start on the medication. Thank you clean slate😊

Amazing and caring staff. Always quick in and out during appointments and never an issue getting the help I need. Everyone is kind and this place has helped turn my life around. Highly recommend
