If it wasn't for the long wait time it would have been a 17 star review. Doctor Kooima with all that I thought she'd be! She listened was very thorough showed me everything on the DVD of my MRI explained everything and put me at ease and at peace and felt she could take care of everything that I needed. I'm looking forward to having surgery, which I wouldn't have said before my visit.

I really liked Dr Kooima but had many issues with the admin staff😞. I had difficulty getting ahold of someone to talk with about my questions…Once we got my surgery on the calendar there were many details that somehow fell between the cracks…I never received my packet that had very important information also I was told to go to a class but that the info would be sent to me but it never was…but the final straw was that I was told to go to my regular physician for clearance and they would send the orders over … never happened…so as I was in the room with my regular Dr…. (And my doctors staff couldn’t reach anyone … I finally realized this was too important of a surgery ( a full knee replacement) to have so many problems with all the preliminary details… so I cancelled….
