Davis A Romney's Online Review Report Card

I love Dr. Davis Romney. He has been w me every step of the way throughout my cancer journey. He is kind, compassionate and treats me like a person, not a patient. I don’t know what I would do without him.

I recently completed radiation treatments for skin cancer on my leg. Dr. Romney was excellent! He answered every question that I had and was so kind and thoughtful. Ironically my dad had Dr. Romney several years ago and was impressed with him also.

No follow up by this doctor..his staff is inept and his office is simply a doctor factory Stay away from this guy and his doctor factory he cares about no one except him.

Upside, Dr Romney is very personable. Downside the office is over busy. I felt like cattle. Staff kept entering exam room and interrupting every couple of minutes. Instead of calmly sitting down to go over the treatment plan, acknowledge how it makes people uncomfortable and explain that their process is to ensure your safety and best treatment, he waits until the last minute and speed talks through the really degrading aspects of the treatment process.

Up side,Dr Romney is very personable. Downside, The appointments were constantly interrupted by staff members every 3 or 4 minutes. Instead of calming sitting down and explaining each step, acknowledging that it my seem uncomfortable but that each step is necessary to ensure your safety and provide the best treatment, he waits until the last minute and speeds talks through the most uncomfortable portion and leaves before you have time to process and ask additional questions.

I can't think of another radiologist who would have co-ordinated my treatments as well. Very knowledgable, reponsive to needs, and explained expectations very well and honestly. And.....treatments have been very successful. Thank you!

First, Dr. Romney is incredibly smart. He's in that sweet spot where he is old enough to have great experience but young enough to still be plugged into newer modes of thinking. His evidence-based approach is greatly appreciated. There is a lot of conjecture and, frankly, superstition in cancer treatment. Dr. Romney avoids that, sticks to the evidence and delivers what I consider the best treatment that current science can offer.

He takes the time to listen to his patients. He orders the needed test to make the best decision for your health. If you have questions after your appointment he leaves the way open to contact him to get answers. A real good doctor.
