Have been visiting eye concepts for the past 2 years and loved their service, the doctor is sweet, no need to wait and she is always on time, clearly explains everything and gives us ample amount of time to q & A, never feeling rushed, their frames Collection is very good, I am a person who have been in glasses for the past 25 yrs and I visit atleast 5 to 6 places before I buy my glasses however for the past 2 years Iam happy with their collections and feel content, which I have felt that way in years, I would say compared to the other retailers it’s a bit expensive on there but for the quality of the frame and the lens I would say it’s okay to go for it.

I love the selection of glasses and sunglasses! They have a great variety of brands and the latest styles! I appreciate their suggestions for glasses based on my facial features ! I love Dr Johnson she is professional and always on time! She is friendly and does all the tests an evaluations! She is experienced and offers the latest technology when it comes to analyzing my eyes! Then she identifies any changes needed based on the vision tests that she gives me and adjusts my prescription using the results and shares with you! They have great customer service and provide a discount based on your insurance plan! I am a 3 year returning very satisfied customer!

A co-worker of mine recommended Eye Concepts Vision Center in Gilbert for an eye exam and new glasses; I made an appointment to see Dr. Karen Johnson for an exam and consult on new glasses and contact lenses; wow was I impressed with her and staff; they are simply the best; I was treated like family and all questions and concerns were answered; Dr. Johnson is a credit to her profession and took great time and effort to explain her finding post images of my eyes; she explained in detail the overall health of my eyes and all key factor used to determine eye health; it was a great experience and I learned that despite being 63 years old my eyes were doing well and no anomalies to report; her equipment is state of the art and she explained each tool she used to me so I could understand their usage; I especially appreciated her kindness and interest in making sure I fully understood her examination; not only was Dr. Johnson successful in improving my overall vision with glasses she also was able to fit me with contact lenses and actually sent me home with trial lenses for a month to see how I liked them prior to purchase; I was so impressed; her staff is awesome too; they are all the upmost professionals and added so much to my overall positive experience; I was so delighted that I made the appointment and my overall experience was just fantastic; I would highly recommend Eye Concepts for any eye care needs and would rate them a ten on my satisfaction scale…!!!

My family has been going here for a few years. The Dr. is nice but has pushed for a mono vision prescription that hasn’t worked out for the last few years. When I advised I think it’s the wrong prescription, was told to wait and let them settle. So I waited. When this didn’t happen I asked what could be done and was offered nothing except for unnecessary hostility and was told to wait for my insurance to reset from the manager. Seemed annoyed I would ask for a corrected prescription, maybe just a bad day, My family will use one of the many other vision centers in the area. Hope you have a better experience
