Dr. Lim gave me a medication for Arthritis which raised the pressure in my eyes that took almost all of the vision that I had in the only eye that I had vision out of due to glaucoma. Every day my vision grew worse. I traced it back to when I started the medication. I went online and found it was NOT to be given to those with glaucoma and retina problems. Documented in my chart; I have 2 types of glaucoma, completely blind in the right eye also multiple retinal issues in both eyes. Doctors in general DO NOT check patients' charts. All of that paperwork required to fill out does not get looked at by the vast majority of doctors; what you the patient tells them they pay absolutely NO attention to. Dr. Lim did not listen to me. One of the very first things I tell a doctor is my blindness in right eye due to glaucoma and my retinal issues. I called my eye specialist she immediately knew it was the medication. She was shocked to see the extreme loss of vision; permanent loss. Much distress

After the first two visits I was handed over to his nurse practitioner. She did not know that ear pain can be one of the symptoms of Giant cell arteritis. In fact in my case I have had acute ear pain off and on before being diagnosed in August 2019. I have seen two ENT specialists and have NO ear infection.

Dr. Lim & Dr. Davis are excellent dr’s that care about their patients needs. I have been a patient @ their Gilbert location for over a year. The office setting is pleasant & professional. The entire staff is extremely friendly, welcoming and attentive to their patients needs! The office has several rheumatologists; but I would not trade these 2 for a million bucks!! Hands down Dr. Lim and Dr. Davis work well as a team, and meeting them has allowed me to fully understand the severity of my condition! I will be their patient for the rest of my life... I feel like they are part of my family.

Dr. Lim is always very patient and willing to discuss whatever I need to talk about. He is knowledgeable and kind. He is the first doctor who asked me what I wanted to do, which, at first, I thought "I don't know what I want to do." But after I thought about it I realized that I would love it if all of my doctors (yes, I have a few of them) would do the same thing rather than just tell me what's going to happen. Dr. Lim actually explains everything and the reasons behind the various options that are available to me. I really appreciate him and the way he does things.
