I rescheduled my appointment and when I get there they told me I had called to cancel. Office staff were walking around all confused and couldn't explain to me when and who got my message. With patients that have a mental / behavioral diagnosis they should be more organized and compasionate.

The doctors are wonderful here. I've had experience with 5 of them for myself and family members. They've all been compassionate and professional while connecting on a realistic level. The front office staff are amazing! The juggle a lot and still run like a well oiled machine. Pro tip: this office is busy. Leave a voicemail or send an email. They respond quickly!
