Dr. Hansen is very patient and caring. Although I did have to wait 45 minutes in the room after I was called, he gave me all the time I needed to discuss my issues. I did not feel rushed. I have seen him in the past for another problem which he was able to resolve. I do trust his treatment and recommendations. I would definitely recommend him!

The reviews of people saying they were rushed and they were unsatisfied is the experience I had. In and out. I didn't have a chance to really voice my concerns in my initial appointment. The second time I saw him I was told there was nothing more he could do for me and referred me to someone else. There was nothing more. No help in trying to find more answers or give me any kind of advice, suggestions or any kind of care. All after being scheduled a month out to just receive my MRI results. My primary care doctor was able to get the results to me in a couple days. All the other staff was very nice and helpful. The only other thing was my intake paperwork said he went over over my diagnosis and surgical and non surgical treatment at length. Which was not true

Fantastic experience, great conversation about my medical issues and very knowledgeable. Dr. Hansen made it very easy to understand what is going on with my arm issue. But most all I really enjoyed the conversation we had about about music and sports.

Dr. Hansen is very thorough in his evaluation of my shoulder. He was kind and genuinely concerned over my condition which required me to be limited for a year of my life. He truly seemed warm hearted as I cried in his office. He has compassion and empathy, and as far as I am concerned he has all the ingredients of an excellent doctor. There should not be any doubt in anyone's mind as to who to see for your orthopedic conditions. It is Dr. Matthew L. Hansen.
