This was the best urgent care we have ever been to. The entire staff from check in window to doctor were absolutely incredible. They made us feel like family there. We waited no time at all. Mercy Gilbert is my choice for emergency care. My two-times experience has been good; quick check-in, triage, and testing. Thankful not to have to stay overnight, but if I did, this would be my choice.

The service and care by the ER team was absolutely phenomenal. They were ALL so friendly and caring towards my poor son. From the front desk check-in, to the nurses, doctors, insurance lady…everyone. They were patient, informative, everything I would have wanted in a healthcare team. I was dreading going to the ER because…duh, it’s the ER. But they made my experience so pleasant. They brought such peace to a worried mama. They all seemed to be happy workers and the culture of their work environment was so welcoming. Best service I’ve ever had in an ER situation! Thank you for healing and CARING about my son. I am so grateful!

Appointment tool didn’t work and intake staff was actually kind of snotty about it. Wait time window that was texted regularly was so wide that it was not useful.

Nurses and doctors have been patient, caring and helpful. When I arrived at the emergency room and was screened they rushed me to the tests and imaging a needed ASAP. I have nothing bad to say. It was a busy weekend with so many patients but they managed to find a place for everyone. The nurses came regularly to check on me and we’re genuinely caring. The only think it would be better is the waiting time to see a specialist doctor when needed. I had to wait quite a while. Otherwise this is a great hospital and I am glad I chose it.

Was in and out in 3 hours for a dislocated ankle. From the front desk to the nurses and Doctor everybody was great. Thank you for your urgency in getting the pain to a manageable situation.

You park your car in the posted spots numbers from 1-10. Call the number on the sign. Have your I’d and health cards to give to the person who brings the do it yourself kit to you. Follow the directions and a person will pickup the kit and return your information.
