Quick and friendly service!

Went in with my friend to get her checked out, she was completely unwell, she was crying, hands covering her eyes, and was about to pass out, we didn't schedule An appointment and we were a walk in but we were sitting there for over an hour waiting just to get in, the lady at the front desk kept giving me glares and looking at me any time she would move to the back. At the hour point, I'm upset from watching my friend sitting there in pain suffering just wanting to get checked out, all healthcare providers should have a priority list for when they see someone walk in and they are physically unwell, so much for the name 'urgent' care. Not to mention, being a healthcare facility, can you wear your masks correctly? Both front desk attendants were wearing them under their nose, and the one lady who was sitting up front the entire time, on multiple occasions would fully bring their mask down and sit at the computer. We are still in a pandemic, and with my friend who was on the verge on throwing up, it was just rude. I wouldn't recommend ever going here if you have any urgent problems, don't go here. Try banner health or anything else, because they'll just stare at you while you're in pain. Other urgent cares will actually get you in on priority.

Favorite go to urgent care! Everyone is professional, caring and they make my child feel comfortable and at ease. I don’t go to any other as we always get excellent care here!

Absolute pathetic service. The receptionists must be trained on how not to give customer service or they are miserable humans beings. Either way this place is a joke of an urgent care. I'd rather lose an arm than be treated by this place.

My experience isn’t very pleasant. The help desk was ok initially. The NP who assessed me was unfriendly, she communicated with me like she was talking to a robot. Customer care is very important especially in a healthcare facility, because most patients are there because patients are there because they are going through pain. In conclusion, I think the staff needs training in customer care.

My 8 year old daughter injured herself and we took her to this location. We made the appointment online 40 minutes before the appointment time. When we arrived we were seen at our time. We would definitely come back if needed.

I suffer from chronic sinusitis. I always try to get by with over the counter meds but occasionally I have to get something stronger to knock it out, this was the case today. I wish I'd read the reviews first. The front desk staff and PA were helpful and friendly. The NP (Liz Erb I believe?) was a whole different story. From the minute she entered the room the visit went downhill. I told her I suffer from chronic sinusitis and she told me it's not possible because it's bacterial not viral. She checked my ears and throat and told me she was lucky I caught her on a "good day" and that she would prescribe some antibiotics. She followed up with she doesn't think that I have had symptoms long enough to warrant any medication. She said she would send over the medication but I should not use it and continue to use OTC meds. If I'm suffering and don't feel good what does it hurt her to prescribe me some medication?? Literally the worst experience I've ever had with a medical "professional." I will not use this location again.
