Dr Sethi was unable to help me when my mental health became more complicated than MDD. Working with her was difficult and frustrating. Would not allow her to practice psychiatry on my pet fish. Truth.

They started out good, but claimed they did not accept United Health (despite many competitors accepting so we were self pay. Did TMS and Ketamine as self pay and treatment worked well. Then, out of the blue they call and tell me because of changes to medicare (bs), they couldn't accept self pay. They would not provide me with any documentation of this ruling. Bottom line, it was months to get into a new provider with services. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

HIGHLY do not recommend going to redemption if you want to go somewhere they value your mental health. The drs are amazing but the staff and nurses will make you feel bad about anything and make everything the patients fault rather than taking credit for any of their mistakes or treatment of people.

Redemption Psychiatry has the best and most caring professionals available in Arizona. I've relied on their guidance and support for years to not only recover from challenging circumstances, but to reach new heights in my quality of life. I've recommended their providers and services to many of my closest friends and family over the years with complete confidence that they all would be and have been given the best possible care. Their office staff is as the best I've ever worked with in at any medical provider. They've provided life-sustaining care when my loved ones and I have needed it most, and I can't recommend Redemption Psychiatry highly enough for their excellent care and support. If you need psychiatric care, do yourself a favor and call them first.

Amanda Fitzgerald at the Gilbert - Val Vista office! She is amazing. In the 3 years I have been seeing her she is caring, thorough, and thoughtful in her approach. She is so easy to talk to, and genuinely cares about her patients. I quite literally cannot put into words how helpful she has been in my mental health issues, and treatments. She is candid, and listens to feedback, and suggests other options when prior treatments are not reaching intended results. She has been such an incredible part of my healing, and I am so thankful I found her. If you are looking for a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Mandy is the best!

This place is an absolute disaster. It is horrendous trying to speak to someone by phone, return a call, get help with med prescriptions. I've lasted as long as I could. I will now be leaving. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME WITH REDEMPTION PSYCHIATRY.

I've been going to Redemption Psychiatry since 2019. I originally started at the Chandler location (which I had a lot of issues with) but moved to the Gilbert location when my kids and I switched to Mandy. Mandy has never canceled an appointment for me or my kids and even did a telemed appointment on her day off to treat one of my children for an unexpected issue. She's great with them and listens to what they have to say. I like that she sees us as a family because she has all our history and is able to offer a unique perspective from outside my kids and I don't necessarily see. With the insurances rolling Into the new year, my copay is a little weird, but the billing has always worked itself out to a credit for later if I am overcharged because of an insurance glitch. The staff is always super nice, and I receive constant communication via email, text, and phone for appointments or medication refill notifications. After trying several counselors and psychiatrists throughout the years for anxiety and major depression disorder, Mandy has been the most helpful. She does offer alternatives to medication (I just can't afford it or change my schedule to go in for it), and she takes excellent notes during each session. I would recommend this location for Mandy's services.
