Dr Lines is top-notch. He is thorough, knowledgeable and very friendly. 5 stars. His office takes the time needed to provide great care. As a side note, he has a very cool arcade, personalized comic books, and great sense of humor. Would recommend to anyone!

I was very disappointed with the billing regarding my initial visit. Although I had confirmed that my insurance is in network, the billing office had charged a higher first visit fee. ($159!) I was told this is what they charge all new patients. I only found out about this fee after I received the bill. After disputing that my specialist copay is only $20 I was told that they will charge the new patient fee.

I called for an appointment because I had been there before and was very satisfied with past results and service. I checked if they took my insurance and they assured me they did. My round trip to and from my home is over one hour. When I arrived they said they didn’t take the insurance and would not give any type of compensation. It’s very inconsiderate to not offer anything of a discount for THEIR mistake. Any good businessman is accountable for his personal.

Very kind friendly and knowledgeable!!! Takes to to explain what he is doing and gets results asap. Office staff also very friendly.

So knowledgeable and takes his time with you, doesn't overbook.

Dr. Lines and his staff are incredibly kind and accommodating. I had a very painful, red lump appear on my upper back and called several dermatologists who were all 4 months out. Happened to find Dr. Lines and figured there was no way I would get in, but to my surprise she said he could see me the next morning and that “Dr. Lines doesn’t let his patients wait in pain”. I was a new patient and am SO appreciative for them helping me. He removed the infected cyst, sent to pathology and gave me antiobiotics. He even personally called w results. Great doctor who seems to truly care. Thanks again!!

Dr. Lines is very professional and caring. He takes the time to explain what is going on and what and why he recommends something. Never had a doctor take the time that Dr. Lines does. Very professional office and extremely friendly. He schedules and sees his patients so their is not a hour waiting time.

Great front office staff but Dr. Lines himself was very condescending throughout my exam.  I now understand why the first highly recommended  dermatologist I called had a 1 month wait to be seen and I was able to get into him in 2 days.  Next time I will wait the extra time be seen by a reputable dermatologist than be seen by such a rude man.
