Sanjeev Gopal's Online Review Report Card

Dr Gopal does not listen to the patient, has his own point of view, and does not communicate at all with the paitient. I have Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia and need a CT scan run because I am so swollen up, but he refuses to order a CT scan to see why.

He and his staff are very caring, professional, and detail oriented. Highly recommend this entire group of professional health care providers.

Dr. Gopol and his staff are without a doubt the EXCEPTION TO TODAY'S IMPRESSION OF MEDICAL PROVIDERS! Dr. Gopol obviously took the time to hire his staff, because they are just as compassionate, caring, kind and loving as him. Trust me, I am qualified to make these statements; not my first rodeo, ya'll. I don't typically take the time for reviews, but for Dr. Gopol,. I absolutely will make an exception as he deserves all the recognition for who he simply is, as a person (I think). Dr. Gopol took a personal interest in my care from the moment I was referred to him. "Bedside manner?" Dr. Gopol treated me like a "person" he cares for, like family. Therefore, that term is not relevant. If you ask me, that is a good thing! Experiencing all the emotions that come along with a potential devastating diagnosis was.....let's just say..unpleasant....even the not knowing part. Thus, I might have been a little...."dramatic" at times, but Dr. Gopol and his staff understood and took a genuine intertest in my life and always made me feel better. They ALWAYS responded to me call, message, etc that day! They took a personal approach with my care, not the typical "boilerplate" approach as if I were like everyone else experiencing these emotions. When my insurance Co. was being difficult, Dr. Gopol and his staff stepped in to advocate for me. A test was ordered by another provider, not Dr. Gopol, but I gave the imaging facility his contact information (as my main provider) because I knew he would actually review it and "care" enough to contact me personally, that very day, to share these findings with me. He did! It wasn't more than 4 hours after I had the actual imaging done that Dr. Gopol called me, personally to discuss! That is like sharing your deepest secret with a best friend, etc. There is only one person that you feel you can share or discuss something with that understands and cares...Well, then Dr. Gopol is my new bestie!! lol. 3 days later, and I still have heard nothing from my other providers other than.....can you come into the office in 2 weeks to discuss.... Really? NOPE! I already have what I need to actually start living again!!! THANK YOU, DR GOPOL, FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART FOR CARING ABOUT..."ME! ALSO, DR. GOPOL'S STAFF IS THE BEST EVER!!! WITHOUT A DOUBT, I CAN SAY THAT THEY ARE AN EXTENSION OF DR GOPOL. YOU ALL ROCK!! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING YOU ALL HAVE DONE FOR ME - KEEP BEING YOU!

I have found dr. Sanjeev gopal to be one of the most Compassionate and understanding doctors I have ever encountered.I highly recommend this Doctor to those going through cancer or gastrointestinal issues.

We chose Dr. Gopal after dealing with disappointment with Banner. We could not have chosen better than Dr. Gopal, and we would recommend him to anyone and everyone. This man is so caring, so wise, so helpful... he stays on top of his specialty, and coordinates his recommendations with those from other specialties, to produce the best and healthiest outcome for his patients. He seems to know everything about his patient when they come in for consultation and check-ups. So he obviously stays on top of their charts, and other info. You would not know he has more than one patient, because when you are with him, you are the most important thing, and he's not hurrying you out of his office. I've dealt with him due to my dad's multiple myeloma, and we are so glad we chose him.

He is the most attentive doctor I've seen in recent times. His attention to me as a patient is remarkable. His attention to my lab work is extraordinary. Numbers & details matter to him. He might also see something in my condition and recommend attention of another doctor without intruding on another practice. Thoroughness must be his criteria, so I would heartily recommend Dr. Gopal.
