This office gets 5 stars all day long Yasmine and Marc thank you to the both of you for your patience and help during one of the toughest times in my life. Both Marc and Yasmine were extremely help and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of today. Thank you so much you guys are ALL STARS !

Dr. Hatfield seems to take his time with each patient and seems to genuinely care. Also, I was seen at my appt time, which I appreciate. The office staff is very friendly.

I have been a patient of Dr. Scott Hatfield for many years and a patient of the Hatfield Family Medicine office since 1999. I have annual wellness check ups and receive the proper medical attention for any areas of concern of areas needing improvement every year. Dr. Hatfield is friendly, personal, attentive and professional. He will provide suggestions for my individual health needs, listens to any concerns I might have with a particular suggestion and explains the purpose and benefits of the suggestion. If I don't agree or desire to pursue or implement his suggestion, he accepts my desire. We jointly monitor any areas of concern and implement changes or referrals as necessary as a partnership. I trust Dr. Hatfield's experience for my continued overall mental and physical health.

Dr Scott Hatfield is the consummate professional. He delivers fantastic care. It’s too bad village medical makes it an absolute mess to get ahold of your provider to make the simplest changes.

Very honest and straight forward. I did not feel rushed and he answered my questions. He seems to genuinely care about me.

Both my husband and I have been patients at the Gilbert/Mesa AZ location. Started off great. Ended badly! Very disappointed they became some big corporation that you cannot even talk to on the phone. We both had a very difficult time getting referrals and prescription refills. Just last week, spent 6 days with the call center to get prescriptions filled, to no avail! They denied saying I had not been to their office since 2014! I was there with Scarlet about April 2022! We recently moved from AZ to FL and we have been in the process of getting new ins, and new drs. Dr Hatfield’s office was not accommodating in any way to help us with current prescriptions. These are not NARCOTICS! But just normal prescriptions Cholesterol, Thyroid, etc! Very unprofessional, lack in being timely, poorly operated since becoming Village Medical!

Waited 2 wks to get my appt with Simon Med for a digital mammogram and ultrasound. Had my paperwork from Hatfield but when I got to Simon Med the paperwork was not fully complete. Simon Med tried their hardest to get in touch with someone at Hatfield's office but to no avail. Then I tried calling them and it just kept going to an automated message. Simon Med gave up so my appt was cancelled. I immediately drove to Hatfield's Office and found 2 girls at the reception desk and they had no answers for me as to why we could not speak to anyone. Hmmm. Finally they brought out the correct order and by the time I took it back to Simon Med I could not have my tests done. So now I am waiting again to have my procedures done. Thanks for not caring.

I showed up for my appointment at the place and time the scheduler told me to come, and when I got there they said I didn't have an appointment. What a waist of my work time! I had the address, time, and doctor's name they told me to go to, and then to be turned away!
