The Open MRI at this facility is great! I wasn’t scared at all. I’m claustrophobic. Thank you!!

The CT scan was completed quickly and professionally. However, Simo Med scheduling made a mistake for the Thoracic MRI since this facility only had a ‘T1’ machine when the doctor’s order called for a ‘T3’ type. So, now I have to make an additional trip to complete the imaging. Since I have great difficulty with mobility, this is a disappointment. Plus, Simon Med Compliance has not contacted me since I left a message concerning the scheduling SNAFU!
