Patrice was such a caring, patient woman. I was in so much pain that I couldn’t complete my exam. We got through one but I was able to reschedule the other two. She was kind and empathetic technician, much appreciated

The tech took the time to position me to reduce the pain during the MRI. MRI’s are excruciating for me due to my spine problems and movement disorder. I got the best care I have ever had for an MRI and I have them almost yearly and have had them done at Mayo in Rochester, the U of M in MN as well as by your competition in AZ. Outstanding customer care. I wish I knew her name because I would request her for my next imaging! Bravo!!
