Nice facility, Friendly Staff. Was made to feel comfortable. Do wish lockers or some type of storage for personal items, jackets, clothing... was available instead carrying them with you

Very difficult to find in the large complex. Check-in staff abrupt, and as always with SimonMed, initial payment requested was incorrect. They requested $209. I said no, insurance covered the two tests I was receiving. Back and forth a bit. They tell me to take a seat. Call me up again 10 minutes later and say I owe $100 for my copay instead of $209. I ask which of the two tests the copay is for, and they can’t tell me. So I pay, rather than leave my credit card on file for them to bill later at their discretion (No Way!). I probably owe the $100 for the one test, but I’m sure they would have kept $209 if I’d paid that without question at the beginning. It would not have been my first experience with them in a similar situation. Good luck ever getting a rightfully owed refund from them.Aside from their poor administration qualities, the two technicians I dealt with - at this particular location - were competent and nice.

My appointment time was at 4:00 and I did not get seen until 5:10. There was no aplog for the delay, and the employees were not personable at all.

Arrived at Simon Med Spectrum a lil late due to wrong information but upon arrival the staff and technicians were absolutely amazing and polite! I would got to this location any time because they are always professional. I recommend that everyone chose this location. The Greenfield and Southern/US 60 you will regret it that I can promise you! THE STAFF THERE STINKS COMPLETELY HORRIBLE 🤬😡 😷!!!!!!!!!! I would drive to Phoenix Scottsdale Glendale Tucson or wherever but never there because they are AWFUL IN EVERY WAY YOU CAN POSSIBLY THINK OF!
