Everything at this practice is wonderful except in returning calls. Why does it take over 2-3 days to get a return call. I am due to get surgery with Dr. Paterson and have reached out to his surgery scheduler as I have a couple of questions. The same for his MA. Again I left 2 messages for MA finally got a call back. Surgery scheduler first time around took 2 calls 3-4 days apart. Did get a return call after reaching out to office. But now awaiting a return call from surgery scheduler for second time. Don’t get me wrong everyone is very nice and professional. But please return calls in a timely matter.

I had shoulder surgery by Dr. Paterson. He was very patient, explained everything about the surgery. Listened to my concerns. I would highly recommend Dr. Paterson.

Dr William Paterson is truly a five-star surgeon. My husband and I were both very impressed with him. He is kind, compassionate, respectful, extremely knowledgeable, very thorough, takes the time to explain all aspects of your condition and answer all of your questions. I have great trust in him as a doctor. If you have a shoulder issue, this is your Ortho! The office is very efficiently run and the staff (both office and medical) are polite, courteous and kind.

Visit was great and through, doctor took time to explain both shoulders and a plan to repair them both and what the problems were and how he would repair them…. Was suppose to get a call to schedule surgery by surgery scheduler but here it is 8 days layer and no call back to schedule surgery.
