Very friendly staff

This hospital is getting worse and worse. You call and no one answers the phone, the nurses are always busy, no one can answer your questions. The only good person at this hospital is Dr Hasan. I will never take another family member to this hospital

There are 4 people waiting on the ER including me, I have been waiting for over 3hrs and have not been seen yet, if it was a long line of people waiting I get it but when is 4-5 is ridiculous

The Cna's, nurses, and Doctors that took care of me were very attentive, respectful, polite and thorough. Thankful for all of them.

Took my cousin, who is on the liver transplant list, here last night for blood filling her eyeballs and her stomach filling up with fluid. Waited for 4 hours and they finally called her back to triage her. Then they sent her back out to the waiting room and told her it was going to be AT LEAST A 10 TO 12 HOUR WAIT. Needless to say, we went home. Got there at around 8pm and the lady next to us in the waiting room had been there since 11am! I don't know who did their scheduling or if the wait time was because of a nursing shortage but just remember, it's not the check in and triage nurses fault for how understaffed hospitals are. Be kind to them but call the hospital administrators and give them an ear full because the way they run hospitals now is ridiculous. It's all about the money at most hospitals and I'm very sad to say it's no different at arrowhead hospital ER.

I had my baby here on 12/15Anglea was the nurse who supported us during the delivery, she took care of my wife like her kid, she motivated my wife on her labor. Very supportive person.Hospital should recognize these kind of nurses.We are very happy with the experience . :-)

I was taken by Ambulance to Abrazo Arrowhead after vomiting for 20 hrs. I'm a Paraplegic , spinal, have Acute case of Addisons,and use an electric wheelchair. I'm also very weak and need help to do anything. 911 Medics had given me a Nausea shot at home. When I stabilized a bit I was taken out on gurney,, and held in an angle almost straight up towards the Sun while I cried out. The 2 Ambulance girls took me into hall, almost no lights, only 1 office. One screamed at me multiple times, "FAKE! FAKE! IF ITS COMING FROM YOU ITS A FAKER! MOVE YOU KNEE FAKER! They took me off the gurney , then tried to force me to stand, on my deformed feet and legs. I was then forced onto a metal chair and tied to it. I was blamed for coming there, I am a Liar. I was labeled as violent, and a danger to myself and others, I would not be trusted. They announced it outloud to the waiting room.Was told I rip out my IVs?? None of these are true at all, I've never done such a thing. I'm a 64 yr. old Mom and Grandma. After that welcome I spent about 2 hrs in their torture chamber. With Jodi, who yelled lied, accused me of so many things that I felt she would have me arrested. No Dr. No anything.. I said I would leave 3 times, Jodi finally removed my IV, Then put a small bandage on my hand, she promptly snatched my hand and crushed it until blood shot out the sides. I ended up uncovered in the chair I was tied to and screamed at in the waiting room. There was also an Ox tank on the chair. My daughter and I ended up in the parking lot, where another Daughter was also trying to help her mother, who was also tied to a chair. Beware of this place, don't ever go there, they hurt people. It was disgusting, evil, with a cruel staff.

Do not go to this Emergency Room unless you are dying and there is something visually wrong with you cause they truly do not care. Dr. Tony is by far the most unprofessional and inconsiderate person I have dealt with recently. I am currently in the er with my mom as she is showning signs of an elevated C02. He refused to do additional testing because my concerns of altered mental status and tremors are not enough. According to him she needs to worse off for him to consider the test. When will Doctors listen to family caregivers when something is not right..

Super slow only came cause it was closest. Don’t come
