Dr Wong was great The problem was my first appointment I sat for 1 1/2 hours in waiting room, and couldn’t wait any longer so I had to reschedule. A phone call prior, that your running that far behind would have been nice since I drove 40 minutes to get there only to have to reschedule, I wish I had that choice, My previous visit was the same, but only a 45 minute wait, I did stay for that one. And all the employees look unhappy???

They have always treated me with compassion. The doctors are will to go the extra mile and think out of the box in order to treat me to lessen the pain I am in with fibromyalgia and back issues. The biggest thing each of the doctors that have treated me at Advanced Pain Management do is listen with attentively and not one dismiss me or sweep thing under the proverbial carpet like so many other have done. They also spend the time you need with you no matter instead of rushing through it like you are a dollar sign and not a person in need of help. I actually drive about 3 hours to each appointment and procedure because the doctors, nurses, and office staff treat me as family and truly care about my quality of life and are honest.
