Andrew Sharobeem's Online Review Report Card

Met doctor Sharobeem today for the first time. I needed an injection in a joint. He has the midas touch! And, I learned he is interested in natural health, so I now have the best of both worlds in a doctor that has skill, education, an integrated approach, and a great bedside manner!

I'm disappointed with the their policy. I waited an hour to make an appointment, my husband has rescheduled. They mentioned he was a no call/no show and fee would need to be paid. My complaint is not about the fee, however I was told they would need to verify with the doctor if he could be considered as a patient for the no call no show. I understand they have a right to treat who they want, but due to a missed appointed they are denying care. Lack of care and flexibility!

Dr. Sharobeem knew exactly what was wrong with me and totally changed my life. I've had something all of my life but didn't realize it. I do believe if I never went to him my outcome would have been grim. I can't explain how he helped me physically and mentally but I'm so grateful.

Wholly unconscionable to take a blood test, not recognize it was an insufficient result, have patient retake the test and now it’s seven months later and multiple phone calls later and faxes later and still not one person from the office could let me know the test’s interpretation?! I was promised the doctor would call me back weeks ago and that never occurred. I was supposed to see Dr. El Kadi in the office, but I had an auto accident in route to the office which I proved through video and pictures. I apologized profusely and talk to Dr. El-kadi who never agreed to see me since, :-(( and Dr. Sharobeem doesn’t respond back to my phone calls. It would take literally 30 seconds to answer if I need to be retested or if I do or do not have immunity to pertussis. Why the office keeps giving me the runaround and promising me phone calls that never come is beyond my comprehension! This is a practice without compassion and without productivity (Without promised follow up) To switch your doctors without your agreement and/or comfort is terrible. To not respond to the most basic of questions after seven months is not OK!!!

I loved Dr Sharobeem! He was easy to talk to and was so passionate about trying to help me. Sometimes you just need a doctor to sit there and listen. I already feel hopeful. Highly recommend this great doc!

He knew my diagnosis right away! It’s like he was in my head! I’d recommend him just for how personable he is! Thanks Dr Sharobeem!

Dr. Sharobeen is a very knowledgeable clinician and a very caring practitioner. I have been seeing him for several years and have been quite pleased. They team at AOA has been extremely successful advocating on my behalf with my insurance company. My PsA has been quite challenging, but working with Dr. Sharobeem and the staff has made it much easier to deal with.

Dr, Sharobeem came into the room with a broad smile and I felt relaxed right away. He was so pleasant and intelligent got right to the point and got me started on the right path for a recovery. I have hope and will follow his decisions on my program. Most of the staff were kind and helpful. The front desk needs some smiles and manners. A "Hello" can I help you would be nice. However, the patient portal works fine and the staff got back to me in a timely fashion.

This Dr is wonderful, he truly takes his time to explain everything, unfortunately the office staff at the front desk is horrific and rude. Never a smile , half the time the woman there does not even look up at you . I have been trying to get my medication called in for over one week now. I have reached out countless times and so has my pharmacy. Today is Saturday and I am in so much pain since I have been out of my medication so I called the answering service and spoke with a girl named Lori. I can not even begin to tell you how rude and obnoxious she was. When I told her I was out of my medication and in severe pain she let out a huge sigh like I was bothering her. IM SORRY TO BOTHER YOU LORI BUT THIS IS YOUR JOB AND YOU HAVE NO BUSINESS WORKING WITH SICK PATIENTS. My suggestion , find a job where you don't have to interact at all with people! You are by far the rudest person I've ever talked with. I'm telling you right now, I've been working in the medical field for years and would fire you on the spot. With this being said I will be searching for a new physician come Monday. It's just not worth the aggravation anymore.
