After I signed papers I was called right back and the doctor was done it wasn't long before I left to go home. The whole procedure only took an hour.

The nurse practitioner that I saw needs to learn how to treat her patients with respect. I had a friend with me and the N P was looking and talking to her about what I needed to do. I told her that I’m the patient so please look and talk to me not her. She then asked who was with me and I told her she is a friend and I am the patient The N P then told me I needed to go to the ER to get more help. There was nothing more they could do for me. She said she would contact the hospital and let them know I would be coming. I then told her no don’t I will handle it myself. There is more but I’m not going to go into it. She needs better patient skills.

My son broke his thumb catching a football. They were good with him. They saw him in a timely manner. We were informed every step of the way and the staff wrapped him and sent us out with a smile and all the next steps info. I felt confident in their care and appreciated the attention of the entire stafff that worked on him.
