Dr. Donovan provided amazing care for my son. He was straightforward, kind and personable. He’s a good communicator and really showed genuine care for our family. Also the procedure was taken care of skillfully and he was willing to answer my follow up after care questions super quickly. 100% would recommend Dr. Donovan.

I would not recommend Dr Donovan to anyone or his group! It was a very unpleasant experience and up to this point their charging us $$$ for services that didn’t go well due to his staff sending referral to the hospital. They sent the wrong patient information! Sent a female patient for a circumcision Instead of my son! This is HIPAA violation. Thus due to this error my son did not get his procedure on the planned day. It was a waste of effort and time. When we went for a consultation, he was in the room for 2 minutes and is charging for a 99214. He was in the room didn’t explain what is going to happen, did not talk to my son and made him feel uncomfortable. This was not right for kids! We ended up seeing a different specialist and saw the major difference with their bedside manner. Please go see someone else and not this person. Even his staff does not care about their patients. Only money!! I don’t usually write reviews but he is an exception for this bad and unpleasant experience!

Dr. Ben Donovan is an "Excellent" urologist. He treated me with respect, concern, answered all of my questions and assured that I was as comfortable as possible. His entire staff displayed a high degree of professionalism. Glad that I found this Doctor! John C. Boyer. Goodyear, AZ

At initial visit, I brought all records (extensive) of urology issues and long list of current medications. I had one test done and an x-ray. He was to call my nephrologist to consult on my care. He did not call the nephrologist. He recommended a new drug for me but failed to look at existing medications from which I was already taking that drug. He recommended a change to that drug but, again, without consulting my medication list but only after I provided verbally my medications and one had a possible interaction. We decided not to change medications. He then spoke of a procedure that was indicated from the test that was run. He did not provide x-ray or ultrasound confirmation of the procedure being needed which I then questioned. He lobbied, almost bullied that in his opinion the confirmation would not be necessary. I will not return to this doctor.

Dr. Donovan is an amazing surgeon. He has been taking care of my 3 yr old since he was a newborn. His surgery was done yesterday and my son is doing so good. I highly recommend him. He is easy to talk to and his MA Erica returns calls in a timely manner. He's simply a great doctor. Thank you so much for helping Samuel.

We have had 3 boys that had to be Circumcisied in early childhood and ended up having 3 different doctors. The first two were bad experiences; however our little guy that just had his done yesterday is doing amazing! Have been able to stay on top of his pain by alternating Tylenol and Motrin, hasn’t slowed our 2 year old down a bit. Thank you Dr. Donovan!

My 13 year old son recently had a procedure performed by Dr. Donovan. He and his staff provided the most outstanding care for him every step of the way. He is the consummate professional; a no-nonsense, highly knowledgeable physician who is warm and personable, and able to reassure even the most anxious mom-me! He has a wonderful bedside manner, and is awesome with kids. My son has had an excellent experience with Dr. Donovan, and I highly recommend him-he's the best! Thank you Dr. Donovan!

Dr. Donovan has treated my daughter for almost two years, since she was a newborn. I've have had a very positive experience with him and his staff. Dr. Donovan has been great! He takes the time to review her records/diagnostic exams with me, answers my questions and makes sure I understand what is going on. He is very detailed and knows what he is doing, which makes me feel confident about the care my daughter is receiving.

This is my second app with this dr., the first time they take too long time to see my baby and this time i come 10 min. Late because the traffic was horrible because its raining and i dont want to take my baby boy outside the rain, the lady in a front counter say need to reschedule my appoiment for a 2 more months????😡😡😡😨😨 wow....
