Dr. Stevens is fantastic. He is very personable, kind, and you do not feel rushed during your appointment. He takes time with you, and answers any questions or concerns. The office staff from the front reception area to the exam room with nurse were all very friendly and kind as well. Highly recommend.

I arrived early for my 4pm appointment and was informed that the provider was running behind by 40 minutes. I was fine with that, but they ended up bringing me back only 10 minutes after my appointment time. They were super professional, helped me feel modest and comfortable, and paid excellent attention to my concerns. This was a breath of fresh air compared to the previous company I had worked with. I highly recommend CDPS.

Today was my family’s first visit and I was impressed. Their online new patient registration was simple and easy to navigate. From the moment we arrived, all of the staff members were efficient and friendly. Dr. Sood was very personable, thorough and caring, and he took the time to listen and and answer all of my questions. I have definitely found our family’s new dermatology office!

I am very disappointed with this practice ( not the doctor) my wife is a patient and she has something on her scalp. Could not reach the doctor but the staff totally blew her off and said earliest appointment was in over a month!!! I will bet the doctor doesn’t know this even happens

This is actually Jaden Furlan and I had an appointment today here and I am extremely pleased with the “bed side manner” and patient care/customer service I received from Dr. Sood and his medical assistant. They were very professional and nice. They both took the time to head out all of my concerns, found out my history, and then created an initial treatment plan for me. I had additional concerns/questions that require Dr Sood to have to consult with his counterparts about so he scheduled me for a f/u in a few weeks to see how the treatment plan was going and to be able to provide me with an answer to my question after he consults with his colleagues.His medical assistant was very thorough and patient and took the time to write down all of my history and concerns, and addressed them appropriately. She explained processes and answered all my questions and was very knowledge.I can appreciate the experience I had today with Dr Sood and his medical assistant from a patient standpoint and from an employer standpoint. I am a practice manager at a specialty healthcare clinic, and they are both what I look for when bringing on new providers and medical assistants. They are also the type of people I would want to help me with my needs/concerns as a patient.Finally, overall the office was extremely clean and organized and very aesthetically pleasing, staff were knowledgeable, helpful, and provided great patient care/experience.
