Let's talk about this dummy of the day, I ask the security for a suite this fool tells me the hospital is closed. And continues to watch his show on his phone wooooow thank god there was nothing serious going on , its a matter of time before this guard drops the ball . Next I go to pharmacy where I meet blonde hair Karen she was so busy flirting with the guest she said she never heard of the hospital being closed and I need to talk back with security the same security that just said the hospital was closed. Ok I don't understand why I would talk to him he busy watching his tv show . Last but not least I find a nurse leaving for the day and thank god after meeting pharmacy dummy and security dummy I finally found someone who passed 4th grade this nurse escorts me to the suite with an apology and told me did I need anything else lord behold I didn't.

Total RIP-OFF. Triage RN had her ID hidden away so don't know her name, flat with no happiness. Dr Meyer appeared to be not interested in helping, in and out within 35 minutes-practically pushed out the door with recommendation "follow-up with PCP". Do NOT waste your TIME or MONEY here - Cigna Ugent Care Paseo. Ended up at Emergency Room btw.Update: blood test, CT and medications- everything Cigna could had done. I haven't had a personal experience with any treatment so far, just want to share my opinion on the personnel that works there. 2nd floor family practice there's one employee that seems to be someone in the management department (Sonia) is her name.. this person had got upset because one of the patients didn't speak English and called them "wetbacks". I just want to say... when you work for in the medical field you are taught not have any prejudice, nor any bias towards or against any ethnicity and to have respect towards the people you work with/for. Just hoping someone will pay attention to how employees are performing their duties and remind them that they are there as an advocate for the patients and if they are not happy to work for customer service then they shouldn't be there.

Right now they require temperatures checks when you enter and wear a mask at all times. When I was going to see the doctor they will give you another temperature check as well. If you have labs or x-ray or MRI etc they will give you another temperature check

Their site says they are open 24 hrs/day at least Yelp states they are. I called them this evening to take my wife in for either food poisoning or the flu. This location nor any other clinic in the Northwest Valley (Glendale, Arizona) is open. We did a home covid test to satisfy the liberal readers (Negative). She has been vomiting since late afternoon, within an hour of drinking a raw green drink from Nektar (food poisoning) or simply the flu. Bottom line is next option is ER for dehydration.
