I have been with Dr. Peters since 2007. I have never had a problem with him. He’s friendly, listens to what I tell him, and he has provided me with the medication that I require.

After a bad experience with a bad Rheumatologist, Dr. Peters didn’t give up until he found which medication actually worked for my RA. He and his wonderful PA Dora have been in my life for several years. I am beyond grateful for how they have been great!

It is my understanding that Dr Peters is retiring. It is a great loss to his many patients as well as thebAZ Arthritis & Rheumatology practice. He cared, he listened, he followed thru. I will truly miss his dedication to me as a patient.

A totally uncompassionate doctor! Always in a hurry. The physician Assistant Dora Quan also shows no empathy. Both have stiff body language. She will take your information as if she is doing a PHD in data analysis with no smile at all and will go update him and he enters the room like he knows and understands everything about you. Then with a totally unhappy looking face, he will spend few minutes doing nothing special showing as if his time is getting wasted talking to you for 2-3 minutes. With a chronic, more than 20 plus years of Fibromyalgia case like mine, with a history of recent back surgery, it was a worst experience to go to a specialist who carries his rough emotions on his face. Waste of money and time. I am going through the most severe fatigue of my life though I am always trying to be a routine and disciplined person as much as I can. But he ignored the simple fact that it is not in my control these days. Gave me a little lecture to follow a good routine, ignoring that exactly that's what I am looking help for, since fatigue is overpowering everything! He ignored the recently started new burning pain around my knees after COVID Vaccine that wakes me up in the nights. He didn't focus on my bad neck pain, arm numbness issues. Although I didn't want to go for my 2nd visit, I just thought of giving one more chance but the 2nd visit was even worse. In my first visit I was having my 1st day of period that are always painful and I couldn't sit firmly feeling cramps everywhere, he commented 'So do you always move like this'? In my 2nd visit, I told them that higher dose of Duloxatine did nothing much different and I felt extreme dull pain if I missed or delayed the dose by few hours as my wake up time is getting affected due to extreme fatigue. But he still didn't get the issue. Why such doctors deal with patients with chronic pain who are already miserable!!! By the way, I had originally called the Arizona Arthritis and Rheumatology clinic to book me with another specialist. It was the admin who booked me with Dr Eric in a tricky way. I told her I need a doctor who is not rushed. But obviously the whole place is useless. AAH HOPELESS PLACE!
