J Mikel Hubanks's Online Review Report Card

Was forced to wait one hour and 15 minutes for a scheduled treatment by the lab. My father is 93 years old. He only has one or two good hours in the day. This left him exhausted. I asked for an explanation for the delay and did not receive one- just “you’re next”.

This was our first visit and found it to be very good. Dr Hubanks listened carefully to my husbands issues and was very pleasant as was his staff.

Waited 30 days for an appointment, dr. hubanks was very professional, wrote me a presripsion, but my insurance would not cover it, called back 3 times trying to get a different one always waiting on hold, no one calls back, seems there to busy to take care of there patients, looks like a waste of time and money, I'll be going elsewhere,

Never got to meet the doctor, office requested to arrive 15 early to appointment than proceeded to wait an hour and a half. Listened to patrons yell at staff for poor follow up and lack of care, decided to leave.

Every single time I visit the Thunderbird office I leave there in tears. The front office is the worst ever!!!! Yesterday I went and got to my appointment on time for a UDS. The lady at the front desk wasn't there. I waited for almost 10 mins to come to the window and when she did she was super rude. After about 29 mins of waiting....I had another appt at 4 for the dentist. Not knowing I made the appointments that close I thought i would be ok. I went to the window at 2:29 and asked her how much longer and explained to her I had another appointment and should I cancel. She was still rude advised me the UDS would be only 15 mins and said she would advise a medical staff I went back out to the waiting room and called the dentist and explained the situation and rescheduled. No biggie. Then a lady comes out and pulls me back and she proceeds to start belittling me talking down to me about canceling my appointment. I asked her what she was talking about I said I drove 45 mins and have sat in waiting room for 30 mins why would I cancel. The lady at the window had told them I was waiting to cancel my appointment and they all were rude. I was crying in the bathroom to my husband telling him I didn't want to do this. He talked me into it and said we would find another doctor because each and every time its like this. I was already anxious about the procedure because I had never had before and to be treated this way was beyond horrific! Dr. Hubanks is amazing but I can see losing patients over their front desk people.

Great Doctor, will recommend for sure to anyone in need of a urologist.

Dr. Hubanks is a wonderful and caring person. He makes me feel like he really cares and is trying to solve your problem. To me that's what make a good doctor. I'm very happy with the care and attention he has given to me.

This doctor and the entire office is wonderful!! All very nice and caring. Would definitely recommend Dr. Hubanks and the office at 56th Ave and Thunderbird!

Dr. Hubanks and his staff are just phenomenal. Very friendly, professional, and informative. I have the utmost confidence in Dr. Hubanks. 10/10 would recommend.

Dr. Hughbanks is the ultimate professional As well as a great surgeon as proven by the results of my rezum procedure . He’s also very personable and empathetic .
