Good, caring, and knowledgeable doctor, makes appointments quick and easy to understand. I have had to wait past appointment times before I have been able to see her however, and communication with the patient afterwards is that good

Awful communication with patients. Never get to speak to anyone but a voicemail and when they finally called me back was 2 days later! Unacceptable! Transferring medical records to another physician. Had lab work done 2 months ago and no one ever responded to what the results were.

I was charged for 45 minutes of seeing dr Sra. Which was funny because I don't think I even think I got 10 minutes with her. She prescribed me medication for anxiety without hardly getting know know me or understand my symptoms (I have POTS... which has never been looked into for underlying causes). I went to see her around November of 2020 (she was at Sun Arizona Medical Group)... it's now September of 2021 (she now is at 4C Medical group) and I have failed to get in contact with anyone regarding questions I have about my statement. I have been calling trying to get a hold of someone for MONTHS!!! Terrible customer service and no regard for your needs. I would not recommend.

Should not have a licence. ONLY in it for the MONEY. After being told I was a drug seeker and being ganged up on by a second doctor whom was in the room with out my consent. Why wouldn't anyone be crying? They did not listen to me, lied about my blood work results, and referred me to a substance abuse Psycharist when I was only looking for a rule out for joint pain. FALSE documents were submitted to the insurance company, with disputed diagnosis. "who is here for follow-up of labs and right wrist pain. Patient denies any focal weakness but was tearful due to stress at work and home" Went to Pueblo Family care on 19th avenue and Indian school who is finally caring enough to do the Rule out. Worse experience ever and I would never recommend this office or Dr.

She took the time to listen to me!! I am so pleasantly surprised. Every other doctor I have been to has just thrown pills at me and sent me home. Dr. Sra actually heard what I had to say and we are setting up a game plan together. I am so happy I finally found a doctor who genuinely cares. This was only my first visit but I have a feeling I will be seeing her and her amazing staff for years to come.

Probably the best doctor I've been to! I have to say I hate going to the doctors and typically have always done the manly thing and waited till I'm on my death bed until I agree to see a doc and by that time I'm in the E.R. lol..... The staff is super friendly and can't say enough good things about them. Dr. Sra is just simply amazing to wrap it up into one word. She is very thoughtful and caring. She seems to genuinely care about you, which is why I highly recommend if you are looking for a doctor to call home to definitely add her to the top of your list to visit first. You definitely won't be disappointed 😊

Dr. Sra is the best! She listens to your issues carefully, and is very caring and kind. The office staff is very helpful as well.

I met Dr. Sra for the first time. I am a very healthy person, so I can't speak to her management of any complicated medical issues, but I found her to be pleasant and approachable and I promptly got scheduled for all of the routine screening that I needed.
