I was charged for 45 minutes of seeing dr Sra. Which was funny because I don't think I even think I got 10 minutes with her. She prescribed me medication for anxiety without hardly getting know know me or understand my symptoms (I have POTS... which has never been looked into for underlying causes). I went to see her around November of 2020 (she was at Sun Arizona Medical Group)... it's now September of 2021 (she now is at 4C Medical group) and I have failed to get in contact with anyone regarding questions I have about my statement. I have been calling trying to get a hold of someone for MONTHS!!! Terrible customer service and no regard for your needs. I would not recommend.

Good, caring, and knowledgeable doctor, makes appointments quick and easy to understand. I have had to wait past appointment times before I have been able to see her however, and communication with the patient afterwards is that good

Awful communication with patients. Never get to speak to anyone but a voicemail and when they finally called me back was 2 days later! Unacceptable! Transferring medical records to another physician. Had lab work done 2 months ago and no one ever responded to what the results were.

I have been going to Dr. Sra for several years now. She is rare in today's world of Doctor's. She takes the time to explain your options. Her staff is friendly and caring too. This doctor is a keeper.

Very friendly and approachable staff, appreciate their help.Wish the gal at the desk had been able to tell me my insurance wasn't accepted there but that's okay. It's been all sorted out now and she was helpful.
