Tried to get a hold of this DO on call. He was extremely rude and refused to help a patient.

I had to wait a month for my initial appointment. I was told it had to be virtual and I would be contacted later with how to do the virtual. When no one called me on the appointment date, I called the office. They said it was supposed to be an in office visit. The doctor ordered lab work (which took two weeks). After I received the results from the lab, I contacted the office after 1-1/2 weeks of not hearing from them. They said someone would call me back. No one did. I called again. I have to wait two months for a follow-up appointment. My results show that my numbers are not in the safe range. It's not a good feeling to be told you have kidney disease and the doctor is not available for over three months (2-1/2 months after the lab work). Very unprofessional.

I have been a patient of Dr. Choi for nine years and treated, by him, for lung cancer, kidney cancer and lymphoma. I find him to be professional, caring, thorough, personable and concerned with me and my quality of life. I would recommend Dr. Choi unconditionally to anyone in need of an oncologist.
