they claim to be tier 1 on the UHC find care portal and then will bill as a completely different company to make it tier 2 out of network. They have the absolute worst service humanly imaginable only being able to speak to your dr by physically driving there. There is absolutely no way to contact them via phone. IT IS ABSOLUTELY UBSURD THAT THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS.

I somehow do not trust his decisions as I have found different acceptable answers elsewhere.

i would go anywhere else but here, dr Nebecker seemed fine and nice, and thats where it ended for me, the staff must not know what there doing, sent my info to another dr i was not even supposed to see, so where or who else do they send are personal info to!!! called friday and talked to office was going to call the office they sent my stuff to, never heard back friday, or today so called, after 40 minutes on the phone on hold called the appointment and they informed me i would have to call back and wit on hold again for god knows how long? they cant return a call and figure out why they messed up ? that sounds like incompetence to me and it was only my first visit, i will bge changing drs and checking to see if there is any legal action for this ? very scary i guess that what i get for going to a dr thats office is inside of a walgreens?

Dr. Nebeker is by far the ONLY dr. I will be seeing as far as PCP from now on. I've been his patient for almost 6 years now. Had an insurance change last year due to my husband losing his job during covid. So had to find another dr within my medicaid network. I am a very complex patient so I fully understand some doctors dont understand my conditions (pots, mcas, heds, etc). This being said, i've been around the ringer trying to find doctors willing to hear me as a patient. Dr. Jeremy Nebeker is just this guy. He is also one to follow the rules which can be frustrating at times but he will always be willing to figure out the best plan of action for that specific patient. At least he did this for me. I can not thank him enough for taking such great care of myself and my family. He has recently moved to another location which also allows him to accept ahcccs patients which was the whole reason I had to stop seeing him in 2020. July 2021 is here and i am proud to say I am back being one of his patients and will follow him anywhere he decides to go. Thanks again Dr. Nebeker!

Dr. Neberker has always taken the time to listen and has never rushed thru any of my appointment. He is the type of person you know that really cares about his patients not the type that just rushes numbers thru

DR NEBEKER and I met for my initial consultation on 8 April 2021. I liked him immediately....he is friendly, genuine, sharp, listens with empathy and knows what he is doing!! He examined my ears, diagnosed the problem, and his treatment plan has made a huge difference with a long-term problem. This young Dr. is greatly needed in our city and I am grateful for his professional help! His staff is relaxed, efficient and friendly as well. The office is new, beautiful, and in a perfect location for Surprise, Az. residents. patient mw

Is a man of medicine and the people. Could not ask for a better provider. He is educational and helps me make decisions that are appropriate for my health care

Glad I found you. Dr Nebeker got me in super quick and reviewed all my meds and talked about the advantages and disadvantages of each treatment option

I found him to be more concerned about my weight (overweight category) than ongoing issues that I was being seen for that actually make it difficult to work out to lose the weight he repeatedly brought up. I expect a doctor to talk about this and then move on. Not badger a patient to death about it. I don’t know if he has a personal dislike of overweight people but I got the impression that it’s a personal issue not a doctors stand point with him. I don’t feel comfortable being seen by a doctor who comes off as negative and doesn’t like feedback. If you’re a thin patient and have the sniffles then he’s probably a good fit. If you’re even 20 pounds overweight, may want to go elsewhere.

I have been with Dr. Nebeker for over a year at this point. Without exception, he has been attentive and has provided answers to all my questions in detail. In my humble opinion his approach appears to be coming from an understanding of empirical data and we have discussed treatment with my personal and financial context taken into consideration. He has considered my input for my treatment but doesn't just throw medication at me, which may have been an easier and less time consuming but less effective method. I have been happy with Dr. Nebeker and hope to return to him for the foreseeable future.
