Just barks out questions and does not address issues on bloodwork. Doesn’t appear to care for me . Maybe some people don’t matter much. Very frightening to have health issues and an unsympathetic doctor. Maybe I just don’t understand him.

I was fortunate to have Dr Rifkind as my Dr. while being treated for cancer...with a sense of urgency, he quickly ordered the tests required to diagnose my cancer, explained the action plan and remained supportive throughout the course of treatment. Knowledgeable, compassionate, professional...just a few adjectives to describe this outstanding oncologist, I highly recommend him.

Dr Rifkind is the best doctor i ever have he has such a knowledge that other doctor just dream about it and not just that he care for his patients it is just something that a love when is come to my care i would highly recommend to anybody as the best oncology doctor.

I liked Dr. Rifkind from the moment he walked in the door. Everyone that I’ve dealt with at Ironwood has been outstanding. Everyone has been attentive and helpful. Most of my interactions were at Sun City but I’ve also gone to the Glendale office where the services were also excellent.

I love Rachel in the chemo room! Dr. Rifkind is the greatest. I'm so glad I got him. He's so kind and tells me all of the information I need.

I have never met anyone or experienced such poor bedside manner and lack of compassion in any human being like I and my family have with Joshua Rifkind. And no less someone who studied oncology and is dealing with people that are scared of what's happening to them, possibly having an illness that could be the end of their lives. I can see why he was terminated from Valley Hospital New Jersey! Patience, positivity and compassion goes a long way with cancer patients!

Being deaf, Dr. Rifkind was so nice and very patient with me explaining in depth what is going on with my health. One time a sign language interpreter didn't show up, we ended up using a dry board writing notes. I appreciate that very much.

Dr Rifkind is the best. He is a excellent physician, he knows how to talk to patient gives great advise. I saw him at Valley and it is Valleys loss that he is not at valley anymore. I had to switch due to health insurance. Not a happy camper. I was so happy when the insurance allowed me to see Dr. Rifkind again. Then he left Valley. I wish him all the best where ever he works
